I designed layouts and type treatments for the Black Belt Artist book. The book needed to have a minimal color palette, modern style, and allow for photos to carry. I paired modern serif and san serif typefaces together and used colors that were directly sampled from the photos for each artist spread. I wanted the layout to also have a modern style to it, so I utilized white space on pages that had text to balance out the large photos used in each spread.

Devoncroft
I was hired to design email templates and graphics for Devoncroft’s Executive Summit. I started by choosing fonts that matched the existing font used in their logo, as well as the colors used in their logo. I wanted all of the content that I created for this event to have a similar style. I carried over the same style from the email designs into the graphics that were used in presentations throughout the Summit.
